Why McObsessed?

I was briefly head-over-heels obsessed with Patrick Dempsey.  May or may not have something to do with his career comeback on Grey’s Anatomy.  Over that particular obsession, but others have come and gone in his wake.

Originally from Houston, TX, I drive people crazy by reminding them that Texas was its own country and the only state in the nation to fly six flags.  Post college, I moved to Arlington, VA outside of Washington, DC for a two-year stint that has turned into my home of (yikes) almost 11 years.  I currently work for a large media company as a member of an innovation team.  We use human-centered design techniques to uncover unmet needs and observe consumer behavior.  My work also means that I spend a fair amount of time observing the world around me which thankfully routes my obsessive and (at times) overly curious tendencies towards good.
